Contradiction between Wiki rules and what folks say

In the wiki in the mods section of the contest page it says this about Raze My Settlement and Clean My Sellement in the Non-Standard Settlements and Scrap Mods section. (Its Here)

These mods clean settlements without breaking precombines:

• Raze My Settlement
• Clean My Settlement

Their not in the do not use section - so why do they get people so upset?

So it turns out this was clairifed in a post that Yagisan made ( https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/ss2-city-plan-contest-rules.17364/post-129535 )

The reason behind it that because they allow the crapping of normally unscrappable objects, all those bushes will still be there for anyone not using them, and it will screw up the way your plan looks for most other people.

I am going to see about getting that page updated to reflect this. Thank you for asking though.
