Console command to upgrade RotC cities?

Hello everybody!

I want to start a new character just to test some city plans and see if I like them, and then build with my main char.

For this test character I was hoping I could use a console command to upgrade the cities without having to wait/sleep for many ingame days just to being able to upgrade.

I am not sure about console commands, I know a guide is being built at present, but sleeping is not a good idea.

Can I ask why you want to test a few, rather then one. also can I direct you to this post, it helps you
