My first play through of Fallout 4 I walled my settlements and made them as large as allowed as an area denial tactic against Raiders and such. I'm looking for a Sanctuary Hills City Plan in the same vein. Extra points if it is multi stage starting out with makeshift walls and ending with concrete walls. If anyone has seen such a plan and can point me in that direction I'd appreciate it.
