Question City Map menu not showing when accessed

When I press E to manage, I should get a menu where I can assign a leader and whatnot, but nothing comes up when I press E, however, I can use all the other features of the City Planner desk, anyone know what the issue could be?

got the same error after updating to Sim Settlements Three-in-One v4.2.6 from 4.2.5.

Got now a bug with version Sim Settlements Three-in-One v4.2.6 (updated from 4.2.5 via NMM). Probably i did installation wrong - did not uninstalled previous version and installed the new one over it, then disable the old one.

City Plan on City planner desk not react anymore, all other options (Supplies, Planner Desk, even the Flag) working without issue. I tryed to replace the desk - still the same. Tryed to downgrade to 4.2.5. again - got no better oO.

It the a option to clean reinstall or can i check for probably missing script (which was resonsible for interactivity of city plan)?"
