Question cinematic music

So I have a small question with city building, since when has there been unique cinamatic citybuilding music in the mod? as I don't remember it being there at the start. Before you ask i've had the camera disabled since the first time I played rise of the commonwealth when it was all fresh and now it crashed my game, but I figured I would give it a second chance since i'm on a better PC now.

Anyway nothing against the music if it is unique and props to whoever made it, though for all i know it's just some ambent music I never listened to before in the game because I've always just been playing my own music on a second device.

The cinematic and music has been there since the original release of ROTC. If I am not mistaken it's just an extension of the exacting FO4 soundtrack that normally plays during the main menu screen.

The reason for the cinematic and music is to allow the settlement a change to build without the player leaving the settlement which leads to broken ROTC builds and CTD's later on in the game.

well lucky for me i always made a point to never leave a settlement earily when it sets up, especially after i broke muckwater during my first time through.
