Cat Farm auto upgrading to level 2 when built

Just noticed this since the RotC release. Don't know if it was some bug introduced with the expansion or maybe it's and issue on my end. Noticed this in two different settlements , as soon as cat farm is built it is level 2.

This happened to me too with an interior plot from Wasteland Ventures (coach dreams or something like that)
 
When I was playtesting this also happened once to our interior clinic Captain Crash. I couldn't replicate it, and the building plan levels are set up correctly for all the plots. So I assumed it to be a fluke bug, like when some things spawn in at the wrong angle and you have to refresh the plot.

I gave the cat farm a go last night but seem to have an issue. After the plot finishes building, the cats appear for a second or two before disappearing and the plot resets to a mud mound. Refreshing the plot doesn't help (in fact, the mound never resets, though the ASAM sensor does).

Even re-dropping or scrapping and re-building doesn't seem to work. The cats disappear, the cinder blocks disappear, the mud mound fades in and a single chicken slowly rises from the center of the mound. Sort of weird and a little creepy.

Too bad... I was kind of looking forward to a warm glass of cat milk.

Edit: I should add that the plot seems to be working. It produces food and the plaque shows the correct level and "Cat Farm", but is cosmetically borked.

Weird. Can you click on the plot (the agricultural plot area, I mean) and type "cf unlocklevel", then tell me what happens?

Can confirm exact same thing happened with me. Ended up changing plot to something else.
 
So, after clicking on the plot (ff004537)[PP][T] and running cf unlocklevel, I get "No script attached to object contains a function UnlockLevel"
 
Bof. I'm dumb. You click on the pole and then write 'cf unlocklevel'. The cheat should go through without problems and the pen will reach level 02 (thus somewhat fixing the issue).
...alternatively you could make a save, quit, uninstall my mod, then install it again manually. Could be a fix.

In either case, the Cat Farm is definitively fixed in the next version I'll upload (sometime). I've been spending what little free time I have to remake some plots, doublecheck the old ones, and squash bugs. Thanks for the report, though.
