Caravans post fast travel

Once the plot reaches level 2... I think, you can talk to the caravaneer at a settlement to fast travel to another, but for me the time it takes to fast travel with them is too long (I'm on survival)..all stats go into the red big time.

Someone mentioned it was like days to go from one to another.

Personally I just get the two Destroyer Legs (Bunker Hill and Goodneighbor) for the +20% movement.

Sounds like a bug calculating the travel time, or a design decision based on the real life travel time instead of the in-game travel time to manually walk that distance in the game.

The real question is, if you're in PA, does it consume some of your fusion core? :P

Depends on your build, perks, mods, and paint.
Power cores drain as you spend AP.
Build: Higher endurance means less AP drain for sprinting
Perk: Reduces AP cost of sprinting, longer fusion core.
Mod: Leg mods affect sprinting
Paint: Atom Cat paint makes sprinting cost even less.

One of my runs I kept a special set of Atom Cats armor at Coastal Cottage just to go defend settlements before returning to Far Harbor.
