Can't give WIllie the ammo box

When I click E to talk to him he asks if I had trouble with the "tin can", and it doesnt let me answer or remove the ammo

Not sure what you're talking about... please elaborate?

Edit: I just noticed this is in the Conqueror section, which I haven't used, so unfortunately I won't be any help. Hopefully someone else will be able to help, though!
