Cant find the stupid station wagon

Ive been hunting for this car and I cant find anything that looks like it. I cant pick up the car nor can I save it into my settlement inventory. This station wagon is in the parking lot and Id like to do something with it as my city levels

Looks like it’s not part of the WRK. And if you can’t pick it up, then it’s part of the precombines.
