Cant enable sim settlements 2 and workshop framework for XBOX. FIXED

I've seen a few threads similar to this question but none of the answers have helped me in my case.
I've downloaded unofficial fallout 4 patch, the HUDframework, sim settlements 2 and workshop framework( also sim settlements chapter 2)
But I can't enable sim settlements 2 and also workshop framework.
I've seen somewhere that the DLC automatron needs to be downloaded but in my case it is... along with every other DLC by Bethesda is downloaded.
I've also just deleted and re-downloaded each mod. I've done 2 power cycles on the Xbox and no luck

Also for more information. It says It depends on files that aren't present. But being on xbox it doesn't tell me what files are missing. The xbox installation guide doesn't mention anything else I need to download. Again automatron is downloaded ( I re-download that dlc to he sure)

okay so the next day i attempt deleting and redownloading the mods. i notice the workshop framework mod had a suspiciously low rating number. so I entered kinggath in the search bar and after scrolling through maybe 50 mods I ended up finding the real workshop framework with a realistic rating number. turns out I downloaded the workshop framework SCRIPT EXTENDER without realizing. the problem here is when I search workshop framework in the search bar, the script extender is the second result and has the same Pic as the other mod, when the real workshop framework is the 24th result down the line.
