Fixed Can't continue after supply line..

ok so here is what's going on. I did all the lead up quests..took over Oberland Station and chose to attack Greygarden for the supply line. Jammer for some reason is in the Slog???..ran all the way over to him and he starts talking and says "Gunners.who invited them?" and nothing no gunners to be found anywhere around the slog, greygarden,oberland and even the house by the RR. He says nothing to me after that gunners comment

Yes this was a Clean fresh new game with updated SS,WF. fresh out of the vault
