Cannot edit the wiki

Page Information claims anyone can edit, but when I try I get the following error...

"You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in one of the groups: Bureaucrats, copywriter, administrator."

Oh yeah, everyone who wants to edit has to manually made a copywriter. After the crazy spambot hit we took, I switched it over to a closed system.
