Solved Can you beat the game through the Raider questline?

Can you beat the game through the Raider quest-line? If not, is the eventual plan to provide a full quest-line that you can "beat" the game with?

Right now no. Making a full story quest takes a lot of work and a lot of time. It took a fully fledged AAA company years to make one.
But eventually the raider quest line will be a complete alternative way to beat the game.
