Building Settlement for Contest... unable to add more things to my settlement

I'm making a go at building a settlement for the contest... But I started, got residential, 1 muni, 2 industrial, 2 rec, 1 martial, and several commerical. I am stuck as I can't add any more to my settlement... Did I run out of ASAM's, as it can't/won't tell me why I can't add another muni plot.

It would say in build mode if that were the case.
Just use GodMode (tgm in the console) I guess, not like it affects anything.

Do you still have any Build Limit left, though?

I meant this thing that I drew the circles around and arrows towards. That shows how many of the resource/s required you have; in this screenshot, I have 3 ASAMs in the Workbench and building this would cost 1. If there's a zero and it's greyed out that means you did run out of them.ScreenShot5.jpg

AHHH...yep, I ran out of ASAMS... I didn't see in the city plan tape nor in the other SS2 tape a cheat to get more sensors... Is there a item number I can use to "aquire" more? I snagged the ones out of West Everette Estates and used the ones that Jake gave me. I haven't hit the rest of the quests to get the plans yet. (Play thru #12)

Do you know how to open/use the console?
its the key to the left of the number 1 key on the top row of a qwerty keyboard.
then type in "tgm" (without quotes) and press enter
This gives you God mode where you don't use up resources to build things and you shouldn't need perks, so everything is pretty much available except some store benches that require 1000+ caps (godmode only sees you as having 999 caps)
Press that same key beside the 1 key to exit the console

When you do reach a full build limit go the the workbench in the settlement, select manage (space) and select the build limit option at the bottom when you will be given the option to increase it in percentage amounts

Just wanted to point out, this is the case for a qwerty keyboard in an EN layout, if you're using a different language layout it may or may not be assigned to some other key.

Thank you all... It has been a very long time since I entered god mode... most of the mods/cheats I use always put that in for me.
