[BUG] "View Details" option on plots not working after latest update

After the latest Simsettlements update (1.0.17a) the "View Details" option on plots no longer works. It appears, but it does nothing.

Not sure if this is a persisting problem, but I've only recently returned to the game and updated to 1.0.17b and I'm getting the same issue. ASAM sensors are pretty much non responsive and the special HUD icons you get while in workshop mode are no where to be found. Everything else, like the NPCs and the story quests seem to be functioning correctly. I've tried updating the workshop framework and reinstalling the mod and the game but to no avail.

Is this a known bug as of this version? Cause in the patch notes it's specified that it was solved.

Edit:

It seems that only newly placed ASAMs respond to any interaction and the ASAMs and plots I've placed before updating are just duds. The HUD icons appeared but they're borked. The mod itself seems broken. Are you meant to start a new save game or something for one of the updates?

You can try to go to the Settlement with the City or SS2 Plots then to an edge and look down the Ground do nothing else don't open the Workshop or run around.Do that for at least 20-30 Minutes sometimes it help for some reason in the last SS2 17a/b the code seams to work very slow.I have a new Game and only 1 City that i start and had direct problems with real slow response from SS2 related things.After i wait that 30 minutes all turn normal and work as intended
