Question Bug in Vassal Outpost Z mission

Had an issue when I tried to take Outpost Z as a vassal. I am using default city plans and assaulted the city through the double gate on the southern side of the town. Once through the gate there is a hallway off to the left that leads to the workshop bench where quite a few of the civilians and minutemen were holed up. The problem is , there are also mobs that are spawning inside the walls and structure and can't be killed . I re loaded the mission 3 separate times and it was always the same. One or more mobs were in the walls and could not be killed. The third time I ended up turning off object collision so I could phase into the structure and kill the last three needed to finish the assault.
 
Unfortunately, that's the engine being awesome...

There's no great way to detect when an NPC is stuck unfortunately, so I don't really have an automated solution for this. Your tcl'ing is likely going to have to remain the recommended solution. If I ever dream up a way to prevent NPCs from getting stuck in weird places, I'll definitely implement it.
