Bug, game crashes as i enter malden middle school

Hello, I'm currently playing on Xbox series X. I have made multiple saves and tries, for what ever reason when I get to the point where I go into Malden middle school basement, it instantly crashes the game. I've restarted it, removed some mods? What else can I do? Attaching my mod list as well. Left to right is top to bottom of my load order.

Update, I tried to go in said area before I talked to Aiden, it was fine, then when I talked to him, walk to said area, it crashes the instance I try to go in. Any ideas as to why it would work 20 secs before hand?

Found a fix, reinstalled the mod and it worked.
