So, something seems off about the "report view" not matching what should actually be happening.
This is a Building Materials plot (the core-mod version) operated by a Settler with only 1 in STR. These two screenshots show that what the "report view" says the resource income should be, does not match the ASAM's "production report" window.

And this screenshot is after doing a passtime 24 to churn the next day's resources, having only moved a few yards to a different spot but not left that settlement space. The amount they went up by matches the ASAM's values, not the values of the "report view".

Maintenance costs are switched off at present.

Can anyone else verify? Or seen anything similar?

EDIT: Further notes: it's only going up by that ~1/day now. (I assume it's rounding off, all the Building Materials are going up by that roughly 1/day).

Additional testing: That plot is now level 2, and the "daily change" values have not changed nor has the amount actually being generated, although the ASAM's Production Report has gone up by the amount I'd expected. Oddly, when I ran the "recalculate storage" function in the holotape, the values in storage suddenly jumped up by the exact amount as if it HAD produced the amount the ASAM says... but the daily change values stayed the same.

Also... it appears you now get a portion of the Virtual Caps generated by Residential plots put into the Workbench. Seems to be less than 1/6th, since it's not a consistent amount. (This wasn't mentioned in the patch notes)

Clarification in case it ends up mattering: This save wasn't CREATED on b1.1.0, and although I hadn't done much before updating, I HAD already run the holotape and built a handful of plots.

I'll take advantage of your thread, if it's not a bother.

These changes remain to be made also in the MCM, and update the Config.json file.

Further testing of this resource generation strangeness.
I popped back to Sanctuary, this is with Mama Murphy and her absurd STR stat being the plot owner this time.

Again, the ASAM Report doesn't match the HUD's Daily Change. Also, those resources it says are now in the stock at Sanctuary appeared instantly the moment the plot finished building - and vanished again when I did a Change Plan to Organics for further testing, which did the exact same thing.
I think I'll just stick a bug report straight in on this without waiting for someone else to verify.

... and looking over those screenshots, I notice the ASAM's "report" shows the same amounts on both this and the previous plot, despite a difference of 18 STR between the two occupants. At a guess without looking at the code, something is in the wrong field.
Maybe something to do with the new "can invisibly go 1 day's production over your storage limit" code?

Looks like I forgot to change to a multiplier from a flat bump! Ie. it was adding + 0.05 instead of multiplying by 1.05.
I think this is happening with machine parts gathering as well. My LVL3 machine parts industrial plots are producing 0.3-0.7 per day of material with STR 8 settlers. I still need to do some testing with organics and rare materials.

You always update just as I am getting ready for work, so someone else will have to verify this one if you want it checked in time for the proper version update push.
Disregard, this state's in Blessed Lockdown again which means no day-shift for me, I will be available to verify it myself after all.

Couple of little things, although this first isn't a bug at all; there's now a kind of... brief "in engine cutscene" during quest Well Well Well, that's quite a neat trick. Was that there before and I just never noticed it until now? Looks great with any kind of 'night times are darker' mod running either way.
(The in-story justification for the new "Jury Rigged" thing is a brilliant move too, btw, props to whoever came up with that idea)

Also, the image I am placing behind a spoiler tag here has the wrong audio file attached (this is the last line of quest "Well Well Well"; it's clearly Jake's VA, but I think the audio file is a line intended for partway into chapter 2? It mentions... something that makes no sense in context)

Something I have noticed in my game, the caravan network daily change value for caps seems to be either wrong or maybe negative of its true value. My display is showing +400 caps a day, but my caps are going down over time, and pretty rapidly. The screenshot is after I donated 1000 caps.

Have you gone around to all your settlements and let the "update daily resource info" script in the holotape do its magic? I had the same problem myself on my couple of decently built-up saves I use for testing until I did that.
