If one uses the cloning tool, say specifically a base game item, the base ID of the cloned object changes and not same as the original.
My question more of is if you use Cloning, it recreates the item, but is it linked to the workbench (to the kg spawn link functionality), relative to making city plans, exporting through Transfer Blueprints?
The impetus for this is if original items used, moved, may still show up in original location.. etc. Or does the exporting for a city plan record their new location?
Or is best to use some command to link the original base item through a cqf link command?
Example is Sanctuary and all the furniture therein.
Thanks.
John
