Question Barracks - Level 3 Upgrade Requirements.

What exactly are the level 3 requirements for the barracks ?
I have successfully had level 2 minutemen and railroad upgrades, but no level 3 upgrades. This is frustrating as they are the only defensive plots not going to level 3.

I get this same thing but I cant even get to lvl 2, I've done all the minutemen quests.

Same issue, seeing how old this thread is with no reply, I guess it's broken. Maybe need to be further along the main storyline for rank 3?

In another thread, it's noted that Taking Independence is a prerequisite for Minutemen 3. Don't know about the other factions.

Just finished all institute quests through MSL end video, still can't upgrade to rank 3.

Jep. Same. Sadly it seems @jtBriant is either not updating anymore or otherwise occupied. Sad, the barracks alone were a staple in all my settlements. I guess I'd have to either remove all of them or wait and hope some more. But having so many people with this effect hints to a potential problem with the institute (and other) quests?

I guess I'm giving up on this addon, I don't use the power plots (hard to balance resources) and working on my RR playthrough now, it upgraded to lvl 2 fine, but upon trying to go to 3 it bugged out to zero again.

Well, I'll remove it for now and just HOPE jtBriant will return to updating his addon. Or someone more capable to find out what causes this weird behaviour. Probably just something simple like global variables with names used by something else... or whatever.

I'm guessing it's an issue with it trying to calculate the actual varying defense value for how many of that type of barracks exist, instead of a flat defense value like on every other martial plot. Maybe just make it a flat value...9 rank 1, 30 rank 2, 50 rank 3 to be on par with other 2x2 plots.

Shoot, I just ran into this as well. I get a report that's it's ready to upgrade but there's no option to select anything.
