Anyone making 1x1 INT or PER hobbies. these stats seem like a waste for a 3 person plot when really only person needs each of these stats really.

Jampads2 has a 1x1 Training: Intelligence plot, not sure about Perception tho. Do note that plot size and number of occupants are not strictly linked, though - any size plot can actually be set to allow any number of users.

I understand the plot can have more people no mater the size it's just really more not wanting to waste the space for really one person. I looked at Jampads but there is to much requirement for CC content I don't have. Once I get the Slocum Joe's stuff then for sure. I need me some coffee. i love the new coffee crafting plots. I'm not using wasteland imports this playthrough so I don't get my black coffee unless i have a coffee plot. Usually try and add one in every settlement i visit alot. sleep wake up, drink a coffee, smoke a cigar and burn a blunt. Then off to the wastes.

Speaking of Burning blunts, i hope that legalize the Commonwealth plots come back and with added variety. Especially with the multi tiered ag plots. Hybrid grow plots or 3x3 farms would be awesome. I can envision some large superstructure style grow ops with light coming off the led that will rival a Tesla power plant. So bright they act as a recruitment beacon that can be seen for miles.

That particular one doesnt require the CC stuff, I dont have any of that and I can use that plot just fine (looks like a modified version of those Nuka Cola Mixing Stations actually)

I know I am just waiting to download the mod it until I can get the full effect. I have been wanting to build a SJ in starlight for long time. however i really want the 3 person industrial. That alone is almost worth it without the SJ stuff.

I have however found a great way to boost people with no need for a trainer. Add a legendary to every clothing slot that boosts that main skill. Even Joe Settler can be a Savant with 20+ in a Special. Now take a ghoul and do this with INT and I have some that are in the 30's. The Cunning Ultra will add +10 charisma to each slot. I have vendors that have so much charisma it's insane. but somehow even with a savant running every advanced water station, I can't seen to get some places to show they produce half of what they should in the hud. It seems that only clothing with legendaries will actually stack. non legendary clothing doesn't and sometimes even makes states lower than they should if you try and stack them.

went ahead and finally broke down and got the SJ CC content so now i'm of to nexus for jampads

That looks great. Can you add provisioner-style people too? As far as I've seen, caravan services don't generate a brahmin pack person, and that's a shame. I liked the traffic it created.
