Bug Animals being assigned to jobs

i'm seeing this against any npc that wanders near the material shed that you place as part of the ss2 intro quests. i've seen it against Sturges, a random settler, a brahmin and dogmeat. It seems that them being in/near to the plot overwrites the standard option to 'trade' and assigns 'tear down expert'.

Now that I think of it, this issue does occur near the material plot for me. Nice catch.

Any NPC that can be assigned to anything can be assigned to a plot.
I tried turning off all autoassignments and they still got assigned to stuff.

Preston will be assigned to something when he is not yet available.
Codsworth as an active companion is assigned to something.
Dogs bought from Gene will have plot assignments.

For me it is usually the farms. You guys are probably having this happen because your tear down expert was empty when they arrived. Most likely because Old Paul was removed from the plot when he went to the new settlement.
