Fixed Advanced Industrial Robotics counts as a martial plot

Title says it all. I was wondering why some industrial plots were not finishing building, noticed they said "Advanced industrial robotics", then checked it in the city planner's desk:

I must have jacked up the formlist. It'll be about 2 weeks before I can look into it however as I have no internet at home until October 16th

As a workaround: can you add that plan to the Ban List to stop it from auto-building and screwing things up for your 1x1 martial plots?
