I am contacting you personally because I believe I have something truly special as a project im working on for Fallout 4 and would really like to reach out to you based on your excellent mod additions to the Nexus thus far. I am a huge fan of your work, I am a writer and have been meddling in video game design for the past 15 years. I am an avid gamer and currently I am in the situation where I have been blessed with the free time to work on a project. The project is a crime epic, in the vein of movies from the likes of directors like Scorcesse, John Singleton, Tarantino., ect. I love the theme of 1930s-1980s gang classics. I believe this game has the perfect setting to make something like this come to fruition. Of course Fallout 4's lore will remain intact due to the nature of the precence of gang factions already existing widely throughout fallout lore. Most notably gangs like the Triggermen will be given new life as a viable faction due to the nature of this project. I know right off the bat that voice acting will be needed as I am a voice actor myself I cant just voice everyone. Please contact me as I am ready to commit to a potentially long and evolving project but your expertise and taste make me feel as if your style and mine would collab extremely well. Your knowledge of the F4Ck along with your previous contacts will excell this project into something we can all be proud of. Im willing to join in anyway possible ANY of your upcoming projects or perhaps even work this one in. Please dont be a stranger and feel free to contact me if you think something like this would fit into the scope of your visions for future projects or collabs.

Go to the Questions and Help forum, post your question there for help. There are folks that review those forums to help people out. This is the wrong place to ask for help with quests.
