Question Adding Snap Points & Default Sim Settlement Foundations

How difficult would it be to add snap points for the Covenant Walls? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16482/? is the exact length as most of the foundations so it would be awesome to just enclose them :p

Also, how hard would it be to make the clean foundation replace the dirty foundation from default sim settlements?

I actually prefer a double wall system with inner solid walls made out of stone fences from Homemaker, outside of that I put jail walls.

in between them I alternate missile and gauss turrets.

Raiders tend to leave my settlements alone.
