1. [Adjust Max NPCs by Charisma: On [Default]] I assume this works as vanilla: Max population is 10 + Player Charisma.
If I set this to "off," should my settlement population max be just 10?
2. [Consume basic resources only: Off [Default]] I assume this means my dirty farmers will eat anything in the workbench, especially tasty deathclaw steaks and mirelurk cakes.
If I change this to "on," will they embrace the Spartan lifestyle and only eat tatos, carrots, etc.?
What counts as a "basic resource"?
