A 12:30 walkthrough of Abernathy Farm. Primarily a massive farm, it also produces a variety of beverages. Pushed well over the size limit by liberal use of the store weapons bug. I'd decorate it further, but as you can see from the video, it's already having trouble maintaining a stable frame rate.

Edit: I have attached a Transfer Settlements Blueprint for the Settlement. Please rename the extension from .txt to .json before importing.
