I am having trouble unlocking Wasteland Theatre, the 3x3 Recreation Plot. On its wiki page it says it unlocks at 10 Recreation Plots. I currently have 14. Is there another unlock requirement? If this is a bug on my end, how do I go about gathering the required log info for helping to debug it...

i can't find much detail about this recreational 3x3 vs 2x2. is the former serve more settlers? or just same as 2x2 but higher happiness?

As far as I'm aware (since I avoid using some plots, like Martial), the interior recreation plot is the only plot with this particular bug. When the plot upgrades it will add the new furniture but the old furniture will never be removed. I have to manually go in and refresh every interior...

The more I play the more I find myself switching the commercial plots in settlements to recreation plots. Am I missing something here or are the commercial simply inferior to recreational plots? They get taxed the same and they offer a shop, but the game doesn't really has a scarcity of caps...

As the title says, once they are built to recreational plots need to have a settler assigned to continue to add happiness?

How about just the cooking part of a kitchen in a 1x1 area to better fit into an existing space? It seems a shame to assign a settler to a simple stove put in an existing diner that's in good shape. So if you have a diner or cafeteria which already has all of the tables, chairs, counters and...
