Well, I exited, logged back in, went to Corvega and by the time I got back everything was working normally, so IDEK. I know I've hit corvega later and had settlers show up but shrug, bethesda, whatever.

So I cleaned out my settlement, created a new layer, started building my building. Got it just the way I wanted it, put a layer handle down, and the layer handle highlighted, idk, six or ten pieces and then gave up? The building involves something like 70 pieces, so this is less than useful...
I'd like to be able to dial down the amount a piece is able to flip around when it is snapping. Currently things will do a full 180, and I'd like to limit it to within 45 degrees so that I don't have things randomly flipping and refusing to go where I want them.
