Fixed a bug that would prevent Designer's Choice option in-game from working if WSFW exports were used to generate a City Plan. This bug was only introduced about a month ago due to some backend changes on this site.

Single quotes (') now supported in city plan data without being converted to '.
Uploaded new Baselines for Outpost Zimonja and The Slog - this should improve the accuracy of scrap profiles in these settlements.
Scrap Profiles are now sorted highest item to lowest. This will reduce the likelihood items are scrapped out from underneath each other which can cause problems during the scrap phase with moveable objects.
