I expect that players will use a decent texture like Patch Job - Fill Those Holes to make the roofs suck less. Ideally they will also use my Commonwealth Engineering Sanctuary settlement patch to fix roofs and remove brambles. Neither of these were used in development, or in the screenshots to my immense disappointment.
It's a 20 settler build, and follows my standard 6/6/4/4 layout.
Do The First Step as soon as possible so Preston can be moved to another settlement. Move him once you can. Move Codsworth too if he isn't your companion.
Concord settler suggestions are:
Sturges: Leader. He'll wander around and look busy.
Jun: Level 0 - Place on an Industrial Plot. Sanctuary AI overrides the plot AI most of the time.
Marcy: Level 0 - Place on an Agricultural Plot. Sanctuary AI overrides the plot AI most of the time.
Mama Murphy. Level 0 - Place on an Agricultural Plot. Sanctuary AI overrides the plot AI most of the time. NEVER give her drugs.
The first two randoms you get should be assigned to the Level 0 Recreational Plot and Level 0 Martial Plot.
