Suggestion WSFW Import Multiple Settlements

Hello!
Was wondering if its possible to create a feature similar to the start up conqueror feature which essentially imported every settlement at the start or if theres a tutorial / guide on how to write such a feature? Id be happy to give it a whirl if I had an outline to follow!

Thanks! Yeah I assumed that much since it was a phenomenal feature in SS1, it seemed like an extension of WSFW though, so that's why I was wondering if anyone knew how it was done. I'm decent with modding and would like to give it a whirl but was just looking for a starting point. May blindly search the hundreds of conq files
