City Contest builders, as well as yourself have access to these types of animations/build items if you use the Project Blueprint mod - as well as these animations, you get all the vanilla items in the game (to-date)… it is an expanding mod pack and I highly recommend.

Make sure you use the version to match the SS game version.

In my experience, settlers are really finicky about which animation markers they'll use. If this mod helps make them more inclined to use the markers, it might be a good compliment to PBP markers.
