Will There Be a Conquer Port to Sim Settlements 2?

Chapter 3 will be porting the mechanics of Conqueror over (albiet updated/rebalanced to fit better with how Ss2 does things, i have to assume) - that Chapter 3 Trailer thing released a while back looks to show a settlement assault at one point. From what I have gathered, "Faction Packs" will work differently in the SS2 version too.
The Jammer Storyline will NOT be ported to ss2 any time soon. kinggath has said repeatedly in the Livestreams and on these forums that they dont really want to port the story unless they can actually finish it, since it just kind of... stopped without resolving its storyline as it stands. And getting the team back together would be quite a challenge...
