Where is my City Planners Desk?

I assigned a mayor to Sanctuary, but after I left and came back the desk is not where I placed it and I can not find it anywhere.

look around when you assign a person to the desk you will get a pop up asking if you want to build a settlement if you did then the desk would have been moved to fit with that design.

With Workshop Framework, assuming nothing else is hogging that slot, your settlers should have an 'alternate activation' of "Track owned objects" or something like that - that should stick a quest marker on them and everything theyre assigned to. (unequip your Vigomatic, that takes precedence)
