Solved What am I missing? Decorations keep littering my Outpost with setting set to OFF.

Hi,
I have a problem with Minutemen decorations littering my outpost.
I have set the setting in the MCM to OFF, but every time I return to the outpost, I can spend the first 15 minutes clearing decorations.

First thing is to check the setting in the city manager holotape itself. Make sure than when you switch it in MCM, it is syncing with what the holotape says.

Thank you bullyrook, solid tip.
I got the holotape setting to match the MCM and it seems to work now, I haven't had any decorations since.
Fingers crossed.
