It was only a matter of time before some hostile force took note of the abundant water, strong concrete buildings, and conveniently restricted access in and out of the Warwick Homestead. When the raiders came, the fight was so loud and bloody as to render the ensuing silence chilling. While the result of the raid isn't yet certain, Warwick now certainly looks the part of a raider camp.
This is a Raider themed build, which brings with it many skulls and spikes as decorations and a focus on martial and recreational plots over most others. This means that food will either have to be supplied externally, or one of the plots will have to be changed to agricultural to meet demand.
From above:
A lucky few raiders actually get their own houses, built on platforms over the open pools:
The rest get to live in the squalor of the now-neglected main building:
Those sleeping bags should level up with the settlement.
The facility itself is operational, but that didn't stop the raiders from trying to make something with a little more... kick.
As this is a raider outpost, the designer's choice plots will include both an armory and a field hospital, courtesy of Wasteland Ventures 2.
Of course, Warwick is pretty far to the south, and there are an awful lot of Gunners not too far away. What better way to enable raids than fixing up a few choppers? As a bonus, a crashed trailer makes a passable garage.
Maintaining motorcycles does require ongoing maintenance, replacement parts, and fuel.
Though I can't include a War Planner's Desk in the plan itself, I would recommend slotting it in to the building in the back corner of the settlement along with the City Planner's Desk.
And finally, the view as you arrive:
And yeah, that car gate does say Bunker Hill when you approach - it just seemed to fit too well to not include.
