Warwick Concrete reclamation

I'm having some kind of crop bug at Warwick.
I damaged crops to show an accident, however, every time I reload all the rest of the crops are also damaged.
Is there some kind of FO4 bug that spreads damaged crops?
 
not sure but that can happen in Abernathy farm ,sometimes just a save and reload can fix it or unloading the cell.
 
I am having the following issues while testing my city plan:
- Some Items I placed in my foundation not showing up.
- Some Items in my foundation not being removed when upgrading to From LV0- LV1 and linger into LV3
- On the first test run i also ran into settlement size issues. It hits size limit at LV1.
Same as my last build at Egret. When I go back and look at my reload my levels, that I file named this time,the city size is within limits.
Am I missing a check box somewhere?
Is the the SSBuilder save that I am using?
I only have 43 mods, all are SS mods or sanctioned support mods, with the exception of spawn settler button.
I am hoping that it does not reoccur on my second test run.
 
On the 2nd run the items did not linger but I still am having problems with build limit being breached and plots not being placed.

Working on a 3rd test now. Gonna reset the build limit at level 0 and triple it and let it build out from there and see what happens.
 
After 3 hours and still sitting at 0% on level 0, all things are equal to my last attempt, except the out come is different.
Seen there was a WSF and a SS3-1 update on the 19th, installed both of those and gonna give it another run.

.....Except Nexus is down and I can't even see my mods in Vortex.....
 
Can you get into the forums? I cannot.
And I get this when I try to log into Vortex.
Following the instruction will log me in, but all my profiles are missing and Fallout is not even showing as having ever been set up.

Was able to fix my issue and finish test 4, which ran mostly okay after I reset build limit to vanilla, 3x'ed it then started the city build.
Although I did have issue with some of my residential plots not spawning @ Lv3, but that may have been cause I should have let the cell "settle" before I forced level 3.
So now I am trying to tweek my levels to account for the fact that two of the people that require beds cannot be assigned a job.
So do I leave the jobs out or put them in?
Is there a mod out there that puts them to work?
I don't think they even will build thier on residence.
But they do eat and body count for everything else.
My option would be to just scrap them.
 
Vanilla jobs are ok ,give em a scrap station or crops or even a shop counter will do it ,as long as its vanilla and not a mod worl object.

Click on each of them with the console open and do:

setpv bCommandable 1

and

addkeyword WorkshopAllowCommand

This helped me in Warwick, HOWEVER, I never did assign them, they eventually went back to farming normal crops. Though the above command makes them assignable for building purposes.

Okay, it took a little work to get them since I only had the save files. One plot that I could not identify is missing. The gate martial plot I could not find the right addon. So when it spawns its best to replace with Gatehouse by Eldarth.
Also of note is that you should turn ON "Complex City plans" and Clutter, and Turn OFF "Respect build limit" in SS performance options.
This city goes to 4700 draws, when it was only supposed to go to 3000 draws.
This is only my second city build and at the time we, or at least I, did not realize the effects of cloning items and deleting them would screw with the build limit.
I am sad that the lights and smoke/dust are not being built properly at the moment, as that is what really sets the atmosphere.

Wow thank you so much! Sorry for the trouble, hope it wasn't too much. I really appreciate the effort you put into helping me! I'm also asking some other city planners the same thing so hopefully by the end i'll chance upon the right add-on pack for that plot. If not it's no biggie, ill just use the other one you recommended. Thank you again for your time! I can't wait to play it
