Wabbajack contest download issues

Ok. I installed this on a base install of fallout 4 on another computer, but I wanted to just work on my main install so I grabbed this and tried the wabbajack install.

I have an MO2 install and keep everything portable in there except the main install, enb, and CK stuff

upon running I first got an issue on my textures, so I replaced those to vanilla.
Now im getting issues with the vanilla ESM files that are erroring on DL:

149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCCoast.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlccoast.esm)
149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCNukaWorld.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlcnukaworld.esm)
149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCRobot.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlcrobot.esm)
149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCworkshop01.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlcworkshop01.esm)
149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCworkshop02.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlcworkshop02.esm)
149.81 - Unable to download Data_DLCworkshop03.esm (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|Fallout4|1.10.163.0|data\dlcworkshop03.esm)

I tried deleting so it could copy, error. I tried manually copying from and renaming, it errors and creates hash error files.

Anything I can do or should I just go set up that other computer?

Reverting a "cleaned" Fallout 4​

A lot of older modding guides recommended "cleaning" the Fallout 4 master esm files. If you have "cleaned" your files this list will fail to install. If you have done this, please re-verify the Fallout 4 files through Steam. Steam will fix your Fallout 4 master files, and you can then reinstall this list.
