Question VR Industrial Revolution Cannot Be Found In Construction Menu

I've installed Fallout 4 VR with a few mods, included all of the 3 Sim Settlement Mods. My problem is that in the construction menu, I cannot find the Sim Settlement Industrial Revolution menu, and I have no idea what to do now. I've tried to re-install the mod, via Vortex and manuallty, but nothing works... Can anyone help me ? :/

PS : I am using a normal Vive, but I'm not sure It's related to my problem

You activated SS with the holotape, right?
If you already have, you need to install SMM and run the menu fix.

I did activated the mod with the holotape, I've already built some stuff with the basic SS and the extention RotC (this part is working fine)
I'm downloading SMM and keeping you in touch !
