Solved Vortex not registering Workshop Framework

I only started modding fallout 4 around October last year and recently tried some collections on Nexus and it keeps saying to me that I am missing "WorkshopFramework.esm" and "SS2.esm" despite me having both Workshop Framework and Sim settlements 2 downloaded but the only issue I can find is it is not registering them as plugins.
If anyone knows how to fix this I would be insanely grateful.

It may be a failed install - Vortex has a problem like that sometimes. You may want to try redownloading and reinstalling them within vortex and see if it fixes it.
