Vault-Tec Tools Menu issues

Greetings all:
Vault-Tec Tools is one of my absolute favorite add-ons (because of the dynamic furniture). I realized that I'm not seeing the menu for it in the SS2 menu. I have disabled and re-enabled the mod. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing has helped. I went out to the mod's page on nexus and asked there. Funnily enough, I asked exactly one year ago today. I believe that in some iteration of mod order since then it showed back up, but in this iteration of mod order, it's absent. Samutz mentioned in the FAQ that they were no longer playing FO4, so I was hoping that the hive mind here had an idea for me.

Thanks in advance.

Not to sound condescending for asking an obvious question but you are using the the Sim Settlements 2 version right?

@VersusXV you wouldn't happen to know anything about this and/or how to go about fixing this, would you?

This is an issue I've been hearing about since the original version for SS1 and I've never been able to reproduce it or find a solution to it. It happened with some players using SMM's menu injection in SS1 and now with WSFW's menu injection in SS2. I've compared my injections to SMM and WSFW samples and other mods that do their own injections and can't find anything wrong with mine.

The closest I've gotten to reproducing it is when I accidentally caused script lag that then caused the menu to load a few minutes late. This was in a development version and not a released version. But even then, it at least loaded eventually.
I even had a player send me their save file that had the issue, just to find that their save file was overloaded with running scripts from other mods.

now with WSFW's menu injection in SS2.
I take this to mean you are using the WSFW version? I assume you have the global variable property gMyModVersion filled and you increment it every time you make menu injection changes? If you are using the WSFW injection quest and script as is, there should no reason for the injection to fail. Only delayed by script lag as you have found. I made by own version to inject via WSFW and I have yet to have it fail to inject for reasons other than my own errors.

The only thing I can think of is maybe something with the formlist injected? like the keyword. I wouldn't put it past the power of Todd to cause issues even if everything is filled out correctly... The only other thing I can think of is maybe the COBJ conditions? Are they locked behind a global and in some rare situation that global isn't being updated? Feel free to contact me if you want help on this. I'm also on the SS2 author's discord.

I looked in to this again today while looking at some other issues. The addon version was set correctly, but I think the condition I had set on the COBJ records was only active after enabling SS2 via holotape or MCM, but not by going through the SS2 quests. Of course in testing I enable SS2 the fast way. I've removed the condition in version 1.0.4 and hopefully this will fix the issue.
