With the latest SS build and latest Utilities files I'm finding that the plots do not build completely. The foundation goes down, but the vast majority of the plot doesn't show up (no walls, or objects). I have an open thread on the main SS bug reports as at first I though this was all Industrial plots, but it is now narrowed down to only Utilities.

I'm uploading screens of the Aluminum Recyclers, but all Utilities plots are doing he same thing.
