Ok, I have Workshop Framework, Sim Settlements (not with the expansion packs, the basic version) and Conqueror. I am using a save game near the beginning that I started without Sim Settlements and Conqueror. I then added them and started the game. When I start the game up it asks me if I wish to select the settlements that I want to build up, and I say yes. Then the menu opens where I pick them - however, no cities appear on either side of the menu. I went off for about 5 minutes just see if it needed time but nothing ever appeared. Any idea what I did wrong or what I can do to fix this? Thanks.
PS, all I want is pre-built settlements to explore, not really doing the settlement thing this time around.
PPS, can I use Sim Settlements 3 in 1 or do I have to use basic Sim Settlements?
Edit: After looking through this forum, it appears that Start Me Up is the problem which I using. However, even after turning a new game and not using Start Me Up, I still have the same problem. A blank city selection menu, any ideas anyone?
Edit 2: Ok, after doing some Google searches it appears that I need RoTC because that contains the city plans? Yet I can't find that mentioned anywhere on the Conqueror page, it just says: "This is an Expansion Pack - and will always require the latest version of Sim Settlements", so this is very confusing. Seems to me that it should say RoTC or the 3 in 1 are required.
Ok, that worked, but the Conqueror page needs to be made clearer.
