Tunnel Snakes CC Mod - Was there a Mod on Nexus that fixed the broken start issue?

I think I ran into it once long ago, but when it came to the Tunnel Snakes CC Mod, it caused a problem on any New Game where Codsworth wouldn't talk to you to advance the Out of Time Quest. Was there ever a Mod that fixed that? I think I may have stumbled on it a long while back.
