Solved Try again - is there a conflict between Conqueror and Salvaging

After my previous attempt (Three Situations - Need Assisance), decided to try again with kinggaths’ latest updates. As a result, the question arises - is there some conflict between Conqueror, and the salvage mods and/or the process of salvaging?

Baseline
1. Deleted Fallout 4 and reinstalled from Steam
2. Installed mods from Steam and Nexus, but did not enable
3. Started new game with no mods (either Steam or Nexus) on normal
4. Left vault, talked to Codsworth and dealt with the bloatflies
5. Saved game

Round 1
1. Enabled only the Settlement Salvage Bot mod (Athelbras)
2. Started/played game from Baseline #5 including some salvaging by me and the bot, and saved game – everything Ok

Round 2
1. Enabled mods (Steam and Nexus) including the Settlement Salvage Bot mod, but the Conqueror, BoS faction pack (Takarazuka) and Operation Manhattan mods were not enabled
2. Started/played game from Baseline #5 including some salvage – everything Ok
3. Enabled Conqueror and BoS faction pack mods – the Conqueror settlement placement description windows and progress meter did not start

Round 3
1. Enabled mods (Steam and Nexus) including Conqueror and BoS faction pack, but the Operation Manhattan and Settlement Salvage Bot mods were not enabled
2. Started game from Baseline #5 – everything Ok – Conqueror settlement placement description windows and progress meter started as normal
3. As the meter progressed, salvaged “green” and “yellow” items in Sanctuary
4. After meter indicated 4/4 steps and progress completed, saved and quit game – everything Ok
5. Loaded save from Round 3 #4 and finished up minor salvaging of several missed “green” and “yellow” items plus picked 3 locks in Sanctuary
6. Saved game
7. At main menu, got the Quit freeze

I'm not familiar with the mod you're referring to, but all of my mods are designed to minimize any chance of conflicts. With the exception of Workshop Framework, Sim Settlements avoids editing any vanilla records or scripts.

It could be that Settlement Salvage Bot has included its own version of one of the Workshop scripts, in which case it would conflict with Workshop Framework, which would prevent it from working with Conqueror.

My apologies for my slow response.

Before Conqueror, I played and thoroughly enjoyed (thank you) 100s and 100s of hours of modded Fallout 4. The mods included your SimSettlements, Salvage Beacons, and others plus several scrapping mods. During these hours of gameplay, I rarely had a problem - for example infrequent CTD at the bridge cell boundary south of Bunker Hill. After Conqueror came out, I added it to my mods and problems started occurring, see Three Situations - Need Assisance. Based on the advice I receive in that thread from MrCJohn, Phil_T_Casual, and Takarazuka, I decided to delete everything and start over. The details of this experience are described above.

It appears to me that there may be a conflict between Conqueror/Workshop Framework with any scrapping mod, not just the Settlement Salvage Bot mod, and that lead me to write this thread for your consideration. However, this may be one of those cases where there is no fix.

Again, thank you for yours mods and "looking into this."
