SimSettlements 3in1 v3.4.5a
After ignoring some of my settlements for about a week I decided to go visit them all to trigger any needed upgrades and I've noticed that some of them appear to have exceeded their designed settler limits.
I checked my recruitment settings for SimSettlements and they are set like this;
Disable Beacon Recruitment: Off
City Plan Limit: On
Ignore Charisma: Off
Max Unemployed: 3
The settlements I've got so far which are using SS city plans (all standard from RotC) and seem to be affected are;
Red Rocket - 17/13
Hangman's Alley - 15/10
The Slog - 21/15
Finch Farm - 17/12
I've gone ahead and turned off the beacons in those settlements which were built as part of the city plans. I'm not sure if that actually affects the beacons built by the plans or not, but I thought it was probably wise to try and turn them off in case any more settlers showed up.
I'm not sure if this is a bug with the city plans or if it's because of something I've done, or not done, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
