Yeah it was fun.
Just make sure you have the right plots installed.
Kinggath had an issue with 2 of the plots not showing (Windmillshack Industrial and Glimore Residential).
Such is the possible problems with building a specific plot dependent Settlement.

Windmillshack is from Ruinworld, Gilmore is by Jib
Both are in their Mod packs on the Nexus

I have pretty much every Sim Settlement related Mod installed.
