Question There was a problem processing this file: No data received

So this is pretty much the standard reply I get when I'm trying to generate an Esp or Esl file (There was a problem processing this file: No data received) following the tutorial video on youtube, so the question Is: is the system busted? if so I might as well play whit out sim settlements and use the more user-friendly Transfer Settlements.

Converting it to a TS file works, but then it might be my internet provider screwing whit the connection.
