The Ultimate Anarchist Mod

It looks to me like that mod is completely compatible. It doesn't have any ESPs, just some replacement textures and radio songs. If you mean that you want plots that fit that mod's theme, then perhaps you could make your own add-on pack, or ask its creator to.

I’m a complete noob with mods, I have no experience coding or programming whatsoever. I don’t even game on PC, I’m on Xbox so this is my only experience with mods. Thanks for chiming in on this. I did reach out to the mod author, because I thought this would be a really cool little collaboration, give the Sim Settlements mod a unique little add on while helping the anarchist mod author get massive exposure (win/win). I also asked them about porting it to Xbox, it’s not available there at the moment hopefully that can change.

Supposedly it is quite easy to make an add-on pack, or at least it's intended to be by the SS team. There are videos/tutorials on this site and Kinggath's YouTube channel. However, I don't think it would be quite as easy in this case, precisely because the mod merely replaces textures instead of actually adding new items. If you tried to export a plot in the typical fashion, it would simply show up as normal minutemen equipment for those who downloaded it. On the flip side, this means that any Minutemen-themed plots you get from add-ons should appear to be at least partially anarchist-themed without you having to do anything further. If I'm not mistaken.
